Casey Crozier is the President and Co-Founder of Precision Tension Solutions. He has the distinction of being the first Field Engineer strictly dedicated to broad-based field engineering for synthetic rope solutions, including Research and Development and field development of new products. Casey launched this company with the goal of creating fresh new insights to improve safety, durability, and sustainability in the industry.

With over 12 years of hands-on experience solely in the synthetic industry, Casey has worked at every level including sales, engineering, development, and implementation. When a customer has a need, he can visualize how to solve their problem, be it on a ship, a rig, or on the ground, because he has been there, personally.

When Casey is not innovating, he spends his time outdoors with his family of 5, hunting, fishing, biking, playing sports, and anything else that will keep him active and outside.
